CRISIS SURCHARGE

We constantly monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation closely. We are afraid to inform you of a crisis surcharge in shipping to certain countries by our carriers. Whenever the conditions which brought about the levying of the crisis surcharge diminish or are re-evaluated, we will eliminated or proportionately reduce the crisis surcharge immediately.

TRANSIT TIMES

As well as delivery delays, that may be experienced due to partial or complete border closures in some countries or internal delays in the systems of our carriers. International parcels might be suspended until further notice. Please note that very lengthy transit times of at least 25 to 30 days should be expected for items being sent to the US via ocean freight. For destinations in the western United States or in remote regions, transit times may be considerably longer.

If you have not received your parcel within our promised shipping time please don’t panic as your parcel might be delayed on the way but not missing and will get delivered as soon as possible. It may take a while to recover after this service disruption. We know that suck. Thank you for your support, trust and patience.

Allgemeine Informationen

Ein Versand der Ware ist standardmäßig nur in die unten aufgeführten Länder möglich. Je nach Umfang Ihrer Bestellung erfolgt der Versand per DHL DPD oder UPS. Die jeweils anfallenden Versandkosten können Sie der unten angegebenen Tabelle entnehmen.

Sollten Sie den Versand in ein anderes Land wünschen, dann schreiben Sie uns bitte vor einer Bestellung eine E-Mail (Support@DerGrimm.com) und nennen Sie uns bitte den Artikel mit der Menge und der Lieferadresse mit dem Land und der entsprechenden Postleitzahl. Wir werden Ihnen dann kurzfristig mitteilen, ob wir auch in das gewünschte Land versenden können und Ihnen – sollte eine Lieferung an die gewünschte Lieferadresse möglich sein - die Versandkosten mitteilen, da wir die Versandmöglichkeit und die Kosten vorab bei unserem Versandpartner erfragen müssen.

I. Versand innerhalb Deutschlands:

Für den Versand innerhalb des deutschen Festlandes berechnen wir pauschal pro Bestellung 4.99 Euro. Beim Versand auf deutsche Inseln berechnen wir keinen Inselzuschlag. Ab einem Bruttobestellwert von 70 Euro versenden wir bis 5kg Versandgewicht versandkostenfrei.

Bei Artikeln, die ein Gewicht von 5 kg übersteigen, oder Sperrgut berechnen wir zusätzlich zu den angegebenen Versandkosten pro Lieferadresse einen Zuschlag in Höhe von 15 Euro. Bei Artikeln, die ein Gewicht von 20 kg übersteigen,berechnen wir zusätzlich zu den angegebenen Versandkosten pro Lieferadresse einen Zuschlag in Höhe von 23 Euro.

II. Versand innerhalb des europäischen Wirschaftsraums

Die Versandkosten innerhalb der EU betragen pauschal 14,99 Euro pro Bestellung. Ab einem Bruttobestellwert von 150 Euro versenden wir bis 3kg Versandgewicht mit rebattierten Versandkosten von 10,99. Darunter fallen folgende Länder:

Belgien, Bulgarien, Dänemark, Estland, Finnland, Frankreich, Griechenland, Irland, Italien, Kroatien, Lettland, Litauen, Luxemburg, Malta, Niederlande, Österreich, Polen, Portugal, Rumänien, Schweden, Slowakei, Slowenien, Spanien, Tschechien, Ungarn, Republik Zypern

III. Versand außerhalb des europäischen Wirschaftsraums

Die Versandkosten außerhalb der EU betragen pauschal 29,99 Euro pro Bestellung. Ab einem Bruttobestellwert von 150 Euro versenden wir bis 3kg Versandgewicht mit rebattierten Versandkosten von 24,99. Darunter fallen folgende Länder:

Schweiz, China, Japan, Russland, Südkorea, Thailand, Hong Kong, Vereinigte Arabische Emirate, Argentinien, Bolivien, Brasilien. Kolumbien, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela, Mexico

Bei Lieferungen in Länder außerhalb der Europäischen Union können im Einzelfall weitere Kosten anfallen, die wir nicht zu vertreten haben und die von Ihnen zu tragen sind. Hierzu zählen beispielsweise Kosten für die Geldübermittlung durch Kreditinstitute (z.B. Überweisungsgebühren, Wechselkursgebühren) oder einfuhrrechtliche Abgaben bzw. Steuern (z.B. Zölle). III. Versand nach Australien, Neu Seeland, USA, Kanada

Die Versandkosten Australien, Neu Seeland, USA und Kanada betragen pauschal 32,99 Euro pro Bestellung. Ab einem Bruttobestellwert von 150 Euro versenden wir bis 2 kg Versandgewicht mit rebattierten Versandkosten von 24,99 Euro. 

Der Betreiber behält sich vor den Versand je nach Servicelage und Versandstopps durch die Cororna Krise des Versandunternehmens kurzzeitig einzustellen. Der Kunde wird vor dem Versenden der Ware kontaktiert und kann jederzeit vom Kaufvertrag zuzurück treten, wenn er die verlängerte Wartezeit nicht in Kauf nehmen will.

The processing time of orders usually takes 2-4 working days. The orders placed in the sales order are delivered to the specified delivery address. Please fill in your email and address data carefully in the check out, so that the shipping of the order can proceed quickly and smoothly

A dispatch of the goods is by default only possible to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, the goods will be shipped by DHL DPD or UPS. You can see the respective shipping costs in the table below.

If you wish to have the goods shipped to another country, please send us an e-mail (Support@DerGrimm.com) before placing an order and please name the item with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postcode. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and - should delivery to the desired delivery address be possible - inform you of the shipping costs, as we must inquire about the shipping option and costs in advance with our shipping partner.

I. Shipping within Germany

For shipping within the German mainland, we charge a flat rate of 4.99 Euro per order. For shipping to German islands we do not charge an island surcharge. From a gross order value of 70 Euro we ship free of charge up to 5kg shipping weight.

For items that exceed a weight of 5kg or bulky goods, we charge an additional 15 Euro per delivery address in addition to the stated shipping costs. For items that exceed a weight of 20 kg, we charge an additional 23 euros per delivery address in addition to the stated shipping costs.

II. shipping within the European Economic Area

The shipping costs Australia, New Zealand, USA and Canada are a flat rate of 32,99 Euro per order. From a gross order value of 150 Euro we ship up to 2 kg shipping weight with rebated shipping costs of 24,99 Euro.

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend shipping depending on the service situation and shipping stops due to the Cororna crisis of the shipping carrier. The customer will be contacted before the goods are shipped and can withdraw from the purchase contract at any time if he does not want to accept the extended waiting period.
