CURRENT SHIPPING STATUS

New EU packaging rules (PPWR) came into force on 12 August 2026. Every shop has to be registered as a producer in each country it ships to, one country at a time. Until that registration is complete, we are not allowed to send orders there.

Shipping to EU countries is paused. This affects Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. Orders cannot be placed from these countries at the moment.

Germany is back. Our packaging registration is complete, so we ship inside Germany again at a flat rate of 6.90 Euro per order, delivery in 3 to 5 working days. Picking your order up in person also stays available at Der Grimm Tattoo, An der Industriebahn 12, Building 414, 13088 Berlin. Choose Pickup instead of Ship at checkout, and we will email you as soon as your order is ready.

We are working through the list and reopening countries as fast as the paperwork allows. We are not going to promise all of them: in some countries the registration fees and licences cost more than we ship there in a year, and those may stay closed. Whatever changes, this page shows the current state.

GENERAL INFORMATION

The processing time of orders usually takes 2 to 4 working days. All orders are shipped with DHL from Berlin. Delivery times count from dispatch, not from the day you order, and they are estimates from our carrier rather than guaranteed dates.

Please fill in your email and address data carefully at the check out, so that the shipping of the order can proceed quickly and smoothly. You will receive a confirmation e-mail shortly after your order has been received by us. If you did not receive this e-mail, please check your spam folder. This is especially important, because if you did not receive the order confirmation email, you will not receive the shipping notification and tracking information email either.

One flat rate applies per order, however many pieces are in it. All prices include VAT. A dispatch of the goods is by default only possible to the countries listed below, and the checkout always shows the exact options available for your address.

If you wish to have the goods shipped to another country, please send us an e-mail (Support@DerGrimm.com) before placing an order and please name the item with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postcode. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and, should delivery be possible, inform you of the shipping costs, as we must inquire about the shipping option and costs in advance with our shipping partner.

I. Shipping within Germany

A flat rate of 6.90 Euro per order, delivery in 3 to 5 working days.

II. Shipping within Europe, outside the EU

A flat rate of 24.90 Euro per order, delivery in 3 to 7 working days. This includes the following countries: Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Türkiye.

The United Kingdom is charged separately at a flat rate of 29.90 Euro per order, delivery in 3 to 7 working days.

III. Shipping to the United States and Canada

United States: a flat rate of 59.99 Euro per order, delivery in 7 to 14 working days.

Canada: a flat rate of 44.99 Euro per order, delivery in 7 to 14 working days.

IV. Shipping worldwide

A flat rate of 49.99 Euro per order, delivery in 7 to 14 working days. This includes the following countries: Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, India, China, United Arab Emirates, Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, South Africa and further destinations shown at checkout.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES

In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include customs duties, import VAT and clearance fees charged by the authorities in the destination country, as well as costs for the transfer of money through credit institutions, for example transfer fees or exchange rate charges.

If a parcel is refused at customs or is not collected and comes back to us, we refund the goods minus the shipping cost we paid and any return charges.

DELIVERY ADDRESSES

We ship to the address exactly as entered at the check out. If you notice a mistake, please email Support@DerGrimm.com immediately. Once a parcel has been handed over to the carrier, the address can no longer be changed.

DELAYS, LOST AND DAMAGED PARCELS

If tracking has not moved for more than 10 working days, or your parcel has not arrived 30 working days after dispatch, please contact Support@DerGrimm.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier and sort it out with you.

If a parcel arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and send us photos of the box and the contents within 7 days of delivery. That is what the carrier requires for a claim.

AKTUELLER VERSANDSTATUS

Seit dem 12. August 2026 gilt in der EU die neue Verpackungsverordnung (PPWR). Wer in ein EU-Land liefert, muss dort einzeln als Hersteller registriert sein. Solange diese Registrierung nicht abgeschlossen ist, dürfen wir dorthin nicht versenden.

Der Versand in EU-Länder pausiert. Betroffen sind Belgien, Bulgarien, Dänemark, Estland, Finnland, Frankreich, Griechenland, Irland, Italien, Kroatien, Lettland, Litauen, Luxemburg, Malta, Niederlande, Österreich, Polen, Portugal, Rumänien, Schweden, Slowakei, Slowenien, Spanien, Tschechien, Ungarn und Zypern. Bestellungen aus diesen Ländern sind derzeit nicht möglich.

Der Versand innerhalb Deutschlands läuft wieder. Unsere Verpackungsregistrierung ist abgeschlossen, wir versenden pauschal für 6,90 Euro pro Bestellung, Lieferzeit 3 bis 5 Werktage. Abholen im Studio bleibt ebenfalls möglich: Der Grimm Tattoo, An der Industriebahn 12, Gebäude 414, 13088 Berlin. Wähle im Checkout Abholung statt Versand, wir schreiben dir, sobald deine Bestellung bereitliegt.

Wir arbeiten die Liste ab und schalten Länder wieder frei, so schnell der Papierkram es zulässt. Wir versprechen nicht alle: In einigen Ländern kosten Registrierung und Lizenzen mehr, als wir dort im Jahr überhaupt versenden, diese bleiben möglicherweise geschlossen. Was sich ändert, steht hier.

Allgemeine Informationen

Die Bearbeitungszeit der Bestellungen dauert in der Regel 2 bis 4 Werktage. Der Versand erfolgt mit DHL aus Berlin. Die Lieferzeit zählt ab Versand, nicht ab Bestelldatum, und ist eine Schätzung unseres Versandpartners, kein zugesicherter Termin.

Bitte trage deine E-Mail und deine Adressdaten im Checkout sorgfältig ein, damit der Versand der Bestellung schnell und reibungslos ablaufen kann. Kurz nachdem deine Bestellung bei uns eingegangen ist, erhältst du eine Bestätigungsmail. Wenn diese E-Mail nicht ankommt, prüfe bitte deinen Spam-Ordner. Das ist besonders wichtig, denn ohne die Auftragsbestätigung erreicht dich auch die E-Mail mit der Versandbenachrichtigung und den Tracking-Informationen nicht.

Es gilt eine Pauschale pro Bestellung, unabhängig von der Anzahl der Artikel. Alle Preise verstehen sich inklusive Mehrwertsteuer. Ein Versand der Ware ist standardmäßig nur in die unten aufgeführten Länder möglich, im Checkout siehst du immer die Optionen, die für deine Adresse tatsächlich verfügbar sind.

Soll die Ware in ein nicht genanntes Land gehen, schreib uns bitte vor der Bestellung eine E-Mail (Support@DerGrimm.com) und nenne uns den Artikel mit der Menge und der Lieferadresse mit Land und Postleitzahl. Wir teilen dir dann kurzfristig mit, ob wir dorthin versenden können und, sofern eine Lieferung möglich ist, was sie kostet, da wir Versandmöglichkeit und Kosten vorab bei unserem Versandpartner erfragen müssen.

II. Versand innerhalb Europas, außerhalb der EU

Pauschal 24,90 Euro pro Bestellung, Lieferzeit 3 bis 7 Werktage. Darunter fallen folgende Länder: Schweiz, Norwegen, Island, Liechtenstein, Türkei.

Das Vereinigte Königreich wird getrennt berechnet: pauschal 29,90 Euro pro Bestellung, Lieferzeit 3 bis 7 Werktage.

III. Versand in die Vereinigten Staaten und nach Kanada

Vereinigte Staaten: pauschal 59,99 Euro pro Bestellung, Lieferzeit 7 bis 14 Werktage.

Kanada: pauschal 44,99 Euro pro Bestellung, Lieferzeit 7 bis 14 Werktage.

IV. Versand weltweit

Pauschal 49,99 Euro pro Bestellung, Lieferzeit 7 bis 14 Werktage. Darunter fallen folgende Länder: Australien, Neuseeland, Japan, Südkorea, Singapur, Hongkong, Taiwan, Thailand, Indien, China, Vereinigte Arabische Emirate, Brasilien, Mexiko, Chile, Argentinien, Südafrika sowie weitere Ziele, die dir im Checkout angezeigt werden.

ZOLL, ABGABEN UND EINFUHRSTEUERN

Bei Lieferungen in Länder außerhalb der Europäischen Union können im Einzelfall weitere Kosten anfallen, die wir nicht zu vertreten haben und die von dir zu tragen sind. Hierzu zählen Zölle, Einfuhrumsatzsteuer und Abfertigungsgebühren, die von den Behörden im Zielland erhoben werden, sowie Kosten für die Geldübermittlung durch Kreditinstitute, etwa Überweisungsgebühren oder Wechselkursgebühren.

Wird ein Paket beim Zoll nicht angenommen oder nicht abgeholt und kommt zu uns zurück, erstatten wir den Warenwert abzüglich der von uns getragenen Versand- und Rückführungskosten.

LIEFERADRESSE

Wir versenden genau an die im Checkout eingegebene Adresse. Fällt dir ein Fehler auf, schreib uns bitte sofort an Support@DerGrimm.com. Sobald das Paket dem Versanddienstleister übergeben wurde, lässt sich die Adresse nicht mehr ändern.

VERZÖGERUNGEN, VERLORENE UND BESCHÄDIGTE PAKETE

Bewegt sich die Sendungsverfolgung länger als 10 Werktage nicht, oder ist dein Paket 30 Werktage nach Versand nicht angekommen, melde dich bitte mit deiner Bestellnummer bei Support@DerGrimm.com. Wir starten dann einen Nachforschungsauftrag beim Versanddienstleister und klären das mit dir.

Kommt ein Paket beschädigt an, heb bitte die Verpackung auf und schick uns innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach Zustellung Fotos vom Karton und vom Inhalt. Genau das braucht der Versanddienstleister für die Schadensmeldung.
