New EU packaging rules came into force on 12 August 2026. Every shop has to be registered as a producer in each country it ships to, one country at a time. Germany and the Netherlands are done, the rest of the EU is still on our list.

Shipping is back
Our packaging registration for Germany is done, so we ship inside Germany again. Flat €6.90 per order, 3 to 5 business days with DHL. Picking your order up at the studio stays available as well: An der Industriebahn 12, Building 414, 13088 Berlin. Just choose Pickup instead of Ship at checkout.

We are working hard to get as many of these countries back on the list as we possibly can. Every registration is its own paperwork, and the moment one goes through, that country moves up into the green list. What we will not do is promise all of them: in a few, the registration fees and licences cost more than we ship there in a year. But we are pushing for every country we can justify, and you will see it here first.
Rates & delivery
One flat rate per order, however many pieces are in it. We pack within 2 to 4 business days, delivery times count from dispatch. Outside the EU, customs and import charges are paid by the recipient.
